| 摘 要： | 以独家经营的渔业资源为例，通过对鱼类最优捕获率的分析以及对资源效用最大化的考虑，建立了系统的动态模型。并利用格林定理求出了最优控制。

| Abstract: | Based on an example of independent management fishery resources, it established the dynamic model system through analyzing the optimal capture ratio of fish and the maximizing consideration of resource utility, then gave the optimal control by the means of Green＇s theorem. |
