摘    要:城市热岛效应是城市化形成的特殊城市气候特征之一,热岛效应对城市规划布局、经济发展及人群健康等许多方面的影响日益突出.本文应用Landsat-5 TM图像的TM6波段(空间分辨率为120m),利用单窗算法反演了行星亮度温度,结合GIS和CAD技术分析了广州市的“热岛效应”空间格局和特征,规划了城市降温通道.得出以下结论:①广州市城市热岛特征显著、空间分异明显.在中心城区内分布有大面积的热岛,中心片区城中村热岛效应强烈,城市绿地和水面“冷源”效应明显;②规划了广州市市区范围内的降温通道,形成了以珠江沿线为主轴、点线面相结合的网格状降温通道格局;③充分利用丰富的绿地、水域以及降温通道的作用降低热岛强度.

Abstract:With the progress of urbanization,Urban Heat Island has been becoming a key factor in deteri-orating the urban ecological environment. Studying spatial-temporal evolution and its cause of typical area's Urban Heat Island and quantitatively evaluating effect from rapid urbanization on urban heat environment will provide theo-retical foundation for relieving Urban Heat Island effect and also have some useful reference value for ecological environment planning of urban planning. A study on the Urban Heat Island in Guangzhou of China was carried out using remotes ensing technology.Satellite thermal infrared images were used to determine surface radian temperatures. Thermal remote sensing data were obtained from band6 of Landsat TM/ETM+ images of 2009 to observe the Urban heat island. Guangzhou runs into a rapid urbanization process,the urban heat island effect is even more significant as the town gradually expand the scope. This paper,based on the Mono-window algorithm of TM6 band brightness temperature,obtains the brightness and temperature of planetary and the true temperature of earth's surface .With the aid of GIS and RS, this article has retrieved the land surface temperature of Guangzhou city by Mono-window algorithm,and then analyzed spatial-temporal pattern and evolution characters of Urban Heat Island in Guangzhou city,also make the city planning proposals of the cooling channel ,the results show that:1)The characteristic of guangzhou urban heat island is obvious. Reflect distribution of large area in the central city,villages in the center of heat island effect strongly "cold source",the urban green space and water effect is obvious.The relationship between the area of Urban Heat Island in each administrative is:Huangpu > Haizhu> Liwan > Yuexiu > Baiyun . 2) The planning of guangzhou city within the scope of the cooling channels. Formed along the pearl river as the spindle,the grid structure of the combination of point,line and plane.3)On one hand, we can stenghren or adapt rational development and management of green spaces or river.One the other hand,we can planning Green Road on both sides of the channel,and then people will have a good leisure place to relax themselves. To avoid the Urban Heat Island intensity is too large,we can combine with the overall urban planning to plan the city cooling channel.If we can make full use of rich green space,water,and the role of the cooling channels,we are hopefully to reduce heat island intensity.
