| 摘 要： | 本文以广东省惠州市县城300个农户的调查数据为依据,调查农户对农地整治项目的满意度状况,并通过计量模型对影响农户满意度的因素进行探讨.研究方法:文献研究法,计量经济模型法.研究结果:农户对项目的总体满意度为57.87.其中被调查者中24.4％的农户对实施项目比较满意.而影响农户满意度的主要因素包括农户收入结构、耕地资源禀赋、项目推广及农户决策参与度等.研究结论:要提高农户对农地整治项目的整体满意度,必须要通过项目实施调整农业生产结构,改善农户收入结构水平,转移非农劳动力,积极建立完善的农户参与决策体系等.

| Abstract: | Rural land renovation is a process for ensuring food security and reconfiguring the rational utilization of land resources. Chinese research on this topic has tended to focus on evaluation and control modes and international work has focused on project evaluation and public participation. There has been a lack of research into farmer perception and satisfaction. In order to improve the quality of the supply of land improvement projects, an understanding of farmer satisfaction is needed. Here, we surveyed 300 farmers around Huizhou in Guangdong and collected data on farmer satisfaction and land improvement projects. We found that 24.4% of surveyed farmers were satisfied, 44.7% of farmers considered farmland improvement projects of general quality, and 30.9% of farmers were satisfied or unsatisfied with agricultural land improvement. Factors found to influence farmer satisfaction included the proportion of farm workers, family economic status, cultivated land resource endowment, project promotion and farmers decisionmaking participation. The family labor force ratio has a negative impact on the wishes of farmers. Project willingness and satisfaction degree coefficients were 1.011 and 1.011, respectively. This result shows that income structure affects the expected value judgment of projects. Project decision-making participation had a positive impact on farmer satisfaction, indicating that farmers should participate in the project themselves. It is clear from this study that farmer income structure affects their expected utility judgment of a project. Improving government function is a key to implementing rural land renovation projects, and farmers should participate in the decision-making system at a fundamental level in rural land renovation planning and delivery. |
