| 摘 要： | 青年时期是人格转型和稳定的关键期，注意培养和弥补大学生的人格缺陷是教学之重。大学生是未来的主力军，担负着国家的兴衰，只有高素质的人才才能更好的服务社会。在实验中学生表现出的人格缺陷不得不使人担忧，针对学生表现进行人格培养和弥补是教师的责任，构建学生健全人格，提高学生生活品位，使学生成为未来的有用之材。

| Abstract: | The youthful day is the critical period of personality transformation and personality stability. The most important thing of teaching is thatwe must pay our attention to training and making up the personality defect of college students. The university students are the main army of the future; they are shouldering the prosperity and decline of the nation. Only the high quality＇s talented person can service society better. In the experiment, the students exposed their personality flaws. And that caused our worrying. It is teacher＇s responsibility to develop and make up student＇ s personality. And also we should construct perfect personality of students, enhance life personal status of students. So that students could become useful people to the country in the future. |
