摘    要:针对目前普遍使用的球磨机磨矿存在的问题,设计了一种新型高效节能磨矿设备,该磨矿设备集破碎、过滤机构、研磨机构、筛分机构为一体,研磨过程实现了矿浆和矿石非混合状态,大大提高了生产率,降低了能耗,提高了矿浆质量。

Abstract:For the current problems in the widespread ball mill grinding,a new type of high efficiency energy saving grinding equipment is designed.The grinding equipment set filtering mechanism,a grinding mechanism,crushing,sieving mechanism as a whole.The grinding process achieved the non-mixed state of the pulp and ore,greatly improved the productivity,reducing energy consumption and improving pulp quality.
