摘    要:针对葡萄酒的质量,通过有关数据分析,运用Matlab中主成分分析方法提取主要影响指标,在此基础上,运用模糊C均值聚类方法得到酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒的理化指标,并在一定程度上反映了它们的质量。运用相关系数分析和典型相关分析方法,得到酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒的各项理化、感官指标及质量问题间的关系。

Abstract:According to the quality problem of the wine, by the relevant data analysis, use of Matlab, and the method of principal component analysis to select main influence index extraction, we use the fuzzy c-means clustering method to get physical and chemical index of wine grape wine and wine grape which will reflect the quality of them in a certain extent, And the correlation coefficient analysis and canonical correlation analysis method to get sensory various physical and chemical index and the relationship of the quality problem of wine grape and wine.
