| 摘 要： | 《周易》的思想包罗万象，是我国古代人民智慧的结晶。继承和弘扬优秀传统文化需赋予它们当代的时代价值。当前我国高校思想政治教育管理存在诸多薄弱环节，主要表现为：缺乏科学的指导思想、管理组织结构设置不合理、对教学效果的关注不足等。为改善管理水平、提高思想政治教育的实效性，同时也为了传承民族优秀传统文化，特借鉴《周易》的管理及其教育思想，将之运用于高校的思想政治教育管理工作之中，以期优化资源，提升管理效率。

| Abstract: | The Book of Changes is all-embracing and it＇s a wisdom collective production of ancient Chinese. To inherit and develop the excellent traditional culture,we need to endue them with contemporary value. For now, there are some weak links in college ideological and political education-management, mainly as.. lack of scientific guiding ideology, unreasonable management organization structure, lack of concern for teaching effectiveness. To improve the management level and the effectiveness of ideological and political education as well as the excellent national and traditional culture, author of this paper uses ideas of management and education in The Book of Changes, applying them to the college ideologicaband political-education-management in order to optimize resources and improve management efficiency. |
