| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、数理统计法和测试法，调查皖西地区中学生的体质健康状况。调查结果表明：皖西地区中学生男生和女生的体重、身高、肺活量以及男生立定跳远在13岁到15岁年龄段均显著低于全国同龄学生水平；男生握力在12岁到15岁各年龄段显著低于全国同龄学生水平，上肢肌肉力量的发展水平较差；女生坐位体前屈在14岁和15岁年龄段明显低于全国同龄学生水平，身体柔韧素质较差；初一、初二、初三年级男生和女生的台阶试验平均成绩均达到良好水平，男女生心血管系统机能状况良好；近半数学生体质健康总分集中在及格等级，优秀等级比率极低。

The Investigation of Physical Fittness of Middle-school Students in West Anhui Area |

| Abstract: | The paper investigates the current state of physical fitness of middle-school students in West Anhui area by using documentation methods, the mathematical statistics and testing methods. The result indicates the following points： the respective indexes of weight, height and vital capacity of the boys and girls, ranging from age of 13 to 15, in this area are apparently lower than those of students of the same age from other parts of China, which is the same situation in men＇s standing jump; the indexes of schoolboys＇ gripping force test, ranging from age of 12 to 15, are under the average level, which reflects the low development of muscle strength of upper limb; the indexes of schoolgirls＇ sit-and-reach test, ranging from age of 14 to 15, are also lower than the average level, which indicates the weak flexibility; the average scores of sidestep testing made by boys and girls from junior high schools reach level of ＂Good＂ respectively, which reveal the good situation of their cardiovascular system; It finds that nearly half of the students＇ total scores of physical fitness test centralize in the level of ＂Pass＂, while the ratio of level ＂Excellent＂ is quite |
