| 摘 要： | 郴州公交移动电视起步较晚，但发展较快。它扩展了郴州媒体的竞争空间，带来了更多的商机。郴州公交移动电视在节目编排方面，也存在一些问题，诸如节目耗时长、更新慢；以广告为主，缺乏新闻和娱乐类节目；节目类型单一，缺乏针对性和公信力等。在探讨上述问题的同时，提出了淡化商业意识，提升媒体公信力；走制播分离之路，提高节目原创性和丰富节目类型，强化互动等解决方案，以期有利于郴州公交移动电视事业的发展。

| Abstract: | In Chenzhou, bus mobile TV started late, but has developed rapidly. It has extended the competitive space of the media and brought more business opportunities. However, there still exist some problems in the programming, such as too much tedious programs, too slow alterations, too much advertisements, too little news and entertainments. The type of programs is too single and they are short of pertinence and public credibility. So, in this paper, these problems are to be discussed. At the same time, to help the development of the cause of Chenzhou＇s bus mobile TV, some countermeasures are to put forward as the desalination of commercial aware- ness, the enhancement of the public credibility of media, the separation of production and broadcasting, the improvement of the originality of programs, the enrichment of the contents and the strengthening of interactions. |
