| 摘 要： | 科技期刊编辑的初审意见是稿件修改、评审、录用的前提,奠定了作者稿件修改的水平,对科技期刊编校质量提升具有重要的影响。本文结合工作中的心得、经验、失误,总结在科技期刊发展阶段中编辑应该具备的素养,并结合实际工作中给出的编辑初审意见,提出能够提升科技期刊编辑在创新性、工作效率、学术不端、角色转换方面的建议,期望对提高编辑的业务能力,提高工作效率,提升期刊影响力起到促进作用,供编辑同人参考。

| Abstract: | The primary review comments of journal editors are the precondition for article modification, accreditation and acceptance, which can set the modification level of articles, and have important influence on editing and proofreading quality of technical journals. Combining the insights, experience and mistakes in the practical work, the competence equipped with editor in the development stage of technique journal is summarized in this paper. On the basis of primary review comments given by editors in practical work, the improvement suggestions of technical journal editors are provided, including innovation, work efficiency, academic misconduct and role transformation. The working mode proposed in this paper can improve the professional qualification and work efficiency of editors, plays the facilitation for influence improvement of the journals, and provides some working references for editor colleagues. |
