新商业环境下体育健身产业价值链分析

摘    要:新商业环境下体育健身产业主体——俱乐部仅仅注重提高服务传递层面与功能性服务质量已经无法满足消费者对科学健身服务和健身效果的需求,根本原因在于整个体育健身产业价值链内部结构不合理,各个环节处在脱节、分散状态,无法形成能够发挥网络效应和有利于创造新顾客价值的共生互利产业生态系统,使得体育俱乐部在解决需求矛盾方面无能为力,致使我国健身产业的发展没能达到应有的水平就出现低潮。未来的健身产业经营者应该转向"产业结果"、"商业及服务模式"及"服务交互界面"三种战略层面。

Analysis on the Sport Fitness Industry Value Chain under the New Business Environment

Abstract:Under the new business environment,the fitness industrial main body only focuse on enhancing the quality of service transferring and functional service can not satisfy the customer'needs of scientific fitness service,the root reason is the unreasonable nodes of value chain of the whole fitness industry,and the value chain be situated in the stage of out of jointed,which directly lead to failure of forming the complement business ecosystem and producing network effect,and the financial trouble of the enterprises of fitness industry which should be better at present. The fitness industrial operator should move to three strategies aspects in the future,that is"industry outcome","business service model"and "service interface".
