| Abstract: | Colleges and universities are the bases of nurturing and educating qualified personnel,meanwhile,it has a decisive influence on economic in human resources.This article discusses the situation of human resources management and strategies of reestablishment and amalgamation in our province in the combination of colleges and universities' amalgamation all over the nation by the integration of human resources theory in economics and the practice of development and management in colleges and universities. |
