| 摘 要： | 用两个中文词语——情报和信息代表同一个概念；两个学科——情报学和信息科学同用一个英文词语——Information Science,是造成情报学研究困境的重要原因；研究重心的失衡和与实际工作的脱离,科学共同体没有共同的约定和语言,促成了情报学研究的混乱和危机。本文在分析中国情报学研究的困境和失衡的基础上,从9个方面提出了重构中国情报学研究体系的构想,以供业内同仁思考,意在促进中国情报学的完善和发展。

| Abstract: | Represent the identical concept with two Chinese words-Qingbao and Xinxi;two disciplines-Qingbao Science and Xinxi Science useing the same English name-Information Science are the important reasons created the difficult position of information/intelligence science research.Research center of gravity unbalanced and with practical work being separated from,the scientific community being not with common agreement and language facilitated the information/intelligence science research to be chaotic and in crisis.This article proposed 9 ways to reconstruct Chinese information/intelligence science reseach system based on analyzing the dilemmatic and unbalanced situation of Chinese information/intelligence science research in order to cause colleagues within the circle to ponder and to promote the Chinese information/intelligence science consummation and development. |
