| Abstract: | By investigating the training after school and the cultivation of reserve athletes at present in Songjiang District, we've analyzed several main contradictions which restrict the development of the training after school. According to the situation we've put forward the aim at cultivating reserve athletes in Songjiang District. Exploring the cultivation of the students with the high synthetic qualities is the key to promoting the sustainable development of reserve athletes. |
