| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代．知识产权保护已引起科研人员和各级机构的重视。对高校技术流失严重和科技成果转化率低的原因进行分析．提出了高校在技术创新和知识产权保护中的作用和相应对策：通过增强科研人员知识产权保护意识，激发其创新潜能．促进创新教育和科研成果产业化。提高高校的科研水平和创新能力。
