| 摘 要： | 加强高校研究生科研团队建设，培养和造就一批研究生学术创新团队，发挥高校优秀研究生的团队效应，带动科研整体水平的提高，是提升高校科技创新能力和竞争能力的需要，有利于优秀研究生的培养教育，对建设高水平研究型大学具有非常重要的意义。我国高校创新性研究生科研团队建设中研究生科研团队的创新能力不足、目标价值不清、缺乏制度环境、管理体制不顺，针对这些问题，相应的对策建议包括：推进科研团队的目标管理、创建科研团队的制度环境等。
