劳务派遣女工权益受损问题研究

摘    要:劳务派遣女工的权益长期得不到有效保障。在厘清劳务派遣女工权益内涵的基础上,从普通劳务派遣工与女性工作者两个角度,分析劳务派遣女工的报酬、社保福利、休息、劳保、培训、职业晋升、提请劳动争议、组织参加工会和民主管理以及“三期”职业安全与健康保护等劳动权益受损原因,以此为构建劳务派遣女工权益保障机制提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:The labor rights of female dispatched workers are not effectively safeguarded for a long time. The connotation of the labor rights of female dispatched workers was clarified. Then the reasons for the damage of the rights such as payment, social security and welfare, vacation, labor security, training, career advancement, labor dispute settlement, participating in the union and the democratic management, occupational safety and health protection were discussed from the perspectives of general dispatched workers and female workers, so as to form some theoretical basis for the safeguard mechanism on the rights and benefits of female dispatched workers.
