摘    要:高职院校新生辅导员在新生入学教育阶段,肩负了大量的事务性工作,而辅导员助理队伍可以帮助新生尽快适应大学生活、减轻辅导员工作压力、提高学生干部素质,给高职院校新生教育管理工作注入新的活力。高职院校系部应从健全各项管理制度、增加培训内容和优化培训形式、建立有效的激励机制等方面强化辅导员助理队伍建设。

Abstract:The college counselor is responsible for a lot of work when the freshmen enter the campus. The counselor assistant can help students adapt to college life as soon as possible, reduce the counselors ’ working pressure and improve the quality of student cadres. They inject new vitality into the education and management of the freshmen. Higher vocational colleges should improve the management system, increase the training content, optimize the training form, and establish an effective incentive mechanism to strengthen the team of counselor assistants.
