新课程理念下的课堂教学管理

摘    要:课堂教学管理效果受课堂教学准备情况、教师个人素养以及班级规模的影响。新课程理念下的课堂教学管理具有科学性、以学生为本、以提高教学效益为旨归等特点。为提高课堂教学管理效果应努力优化师生关系,提高教师个人素养,并改进课堂教学管理模式。

Abstract:The results of classroom management are effected by the preparation for classroom teaching, teacher attainments and class scale. The classroom management in the new curriculum reform has some characteristics,such as scientific,student-centered,paying close attention to teaching effect. In order to improve the results of classroom management,efforts need to be made to optimize the relationship between teachers and students,improve the teachers’ attainments,and make better the ways of classroom management.
