| Abstract: | Humanity-oriented management, which stands for the trend, is the objective requirement of modern entrepreneurial management. This paper first surveys the humanity-oriented situation and characteristics of the present humanity-oriented management in China, and then puts forward some applicable measures that are available to Chinese enterprises. |
