| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、测试法和数理统计法等研究方法,对我国优秀长拳运动员的身体形态进行研究,选取以长度因子（身高、指间距、上肢长、前臂加手长、下肢长B、坐高）、充实度因子（体重、克拖来指数、体脂百分比）、围度因子（臀围、小腿围、臂围差）三因子构建了现阶段我国长拳顶尖水平运动员的身体形态简易评价模,为我国长拳运动员早期选材提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | By the way of documentation,survey,interview,test method,statistics,etc,the paper studied the Changquan players' body shape in China.The paper selected length factors(height,fingersdistance,upper lamp length,forearm and hand length,lower limp length B,sitting height),plumpness factors(weight,quetelet index,percentage of body fat),and circumference factors to determine individual score sheet on body shape and evaluation criteria,in order to provide theory for early selection of Changquan players. |
