| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育对弘扬民族传统文化及增强民族团结意识具有较好的教育意义。然而，作为世界体育的重要来源和组成部分的中国民族传统体育却受到冷落和忽视，未得到应有的重视和发展。从高校传统体育课程资源开发的视角进行研究，探讨课程资源开发对推进民族传统体育发展的意义，旨在丰富当前民族传统体育教学内容，推进民族传统体育项目的发展。
