| 摘 要： | 生态旅游是由国际自然保护联盟(IUCN)特别顾问谢贝洛斯.拉斯喀瑞于1983年首次提出。生态旅游之所以被越来越多的人推崇,是由于在理论上它比传统的大众旅游有不少优越之处。但在我国开展生态旅游也带来了一些负面影响,其中最主要的是由于生态旅游资源的“脆弱性”引起的环境破坏。为了实现生态旅游的可持续发展,我们应采取一些有力措施,如运用阶段理论进行生态景区的环境保护;认真做好生态旅游规划,加强教育,提高履行职责与义务的自觉性;加强政府宏观管理。

| Abstract: | Eco-tourism was firstly brought forth by Ceballas-Lascurain,special consultant of IUCN in 1983.Two points were given to eco-tourism at that time,firstly,the object of eco-tourism is scenery.Secondly,the objects of eco-tourism should not be harmed.The reason why eco-tourism is accepted is that it has more advantage than traditional tour in theory.But in China,it has brought some counterproductive effects,mainly because of the environmental destroy caused by the "frangibility" of resource of eco-tourism.Due to keep the eco-tourism's sustainable growth,countermeasures should be taken such as protecting the environment of ecological scenery,making eco-tourism plan,enhancing the instructing of eco-tourism and the managing by government. |
