| 摘 要： | 邓小平的反对官僚主义思想的主要内容有三个方面：一是反对官僚主义是社会主义现代化建设的一项急迫的任务；二是深刻地揭示了官僚主义的根源；三是提出了克服官僚主义的科学方法。邓小平的反对官僚主义思想有其鲜明的特色：解放思想是其思想前提；正确地处理了现代化建设与反对官僚主义的关系。

| Abstract: | As one of the important parts of Deng Xiaoping's Theory,the thinking of opposing bureaucracy contains three aspects:First, opposing bureaucracy is a pressing task in the construction of socialist modernizations; secondly, it has profoundly revealed the root of bureaucracy; and thirdly, it has brought forth the scientific solution to overcome bureaucracy. His thinking has its distinct characters: One is that the emancipation of the mind is the prerequisite, and the other, it has rightly dealt with the relationship between the construction of modernizations and opposing bureucracy, which embodies its distinct character of the time. |
