| 摘 要： | 地方文献建设对地方公共图书馆具有重要意义,可以从设立专门机构和专职人员、明确地方文献的认定标准和征集范围、建立地方文献数据库等方面开展地方文献建设工作,可采取分期、分专题举办讲座,报告、学习班、研讨会等方式提高相关工作人员的素质.
