| 摘 要： | 高校的课程自从它产生之日起，就具有了较强的民族性特点。这种民族性的特点在高等教育课程发展过程中占据着一定的地位，并反作用于课程的运行，影响着课程的价值取向，主要体现在课程指导思想、目标、内容、生成基础以及组成和表现方式等方面。随着科学技术（尤其是通讯交通工具）的快速发展，在民族性的基础上高校课程又衍生出了国际性的特点。以民族性为主轴、以国际性为主要内容和特点的高校课程发展对当代高校课程改革具有启示作用。

| Abstract: | From the day when the university course produced, it had stronger nationality characteristics. The characteristic of this kind of nationality is occupying certain position in the course of higher education development, and react on the operation of course, influence the value orientation of course, mainly embody the respects of the course guidelines, goal, content, the create foundation and constitutes and the way of display, etc,. With the fast development of science and technology （especially communication means of transportation）, university course derive the international characteristic again on the basis of national characteristic. To name the national characteristic as principal axes, the international as the main content and characteristic of university＇s course development will produce the enlightening function to the contemporary university course reform . |
