| Abstract: | An SIS epidemic model with stage structure is formulated. We define the basic reproductive number of model, and dis- cuss the existence and stability of disease free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium of model. Our study displays that the saturation treatment will lead to the backward bifurcatino. |
