| 摘 要： | 研究汉晋学风之变迁，人物品鉴是最好的切入点，《人物志》是最佳的文本依据。《人物志·材理》提出的“质性平淡，思心玄微，能通自然”，是刘劭在学术方法上的创新。“平淡”是道理家的质性特点，“玄微”是其学术方法，“自然”是其学术方向。只有“平淡”之人，才能具备“玄微”之“思心”；也只有“思心玄微”者，才能通于“自然”之道。这种方法，不仅是刘劭自己的人材学研究方法，而且还被魏晋学者普遍接受，成为他们研究学术思想的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Appreciating and looking into characters is the best breakthrough point when study changes of tide of study in Wei and Jin dynasty ; at the same time, Ren Wuzhi is the best text basis. I think if you are thoughtful and keep good and ordinary moods about everything, you can comprehend the nature of everything in the world said by Liu Xun in Talents and Philosophy. Ren Wuzhi is his innovation about academic methods. ＂keeping good and ordinary moods＂ is the his nature characteristics as a Dao Li Jia, being thoughtful is his academic methods, comprehending the nature of everything in the world is his academic orientation. Because a person who keep good and Ordinary moods about everything can have a thoughtful mind, besides, it is the per- son who have a thoughtful mind that can comprehend the nature of everything in the world. The kind of aca- demic method that Liu Xun created by himself is the method of researching people and talents and is generally accepted many by scholars~ in Wei and Jin dynasty, what＇ s more, it becomes the significant approach when whey study academic thoughts. |
