| 摘 要： | 考虑到不同项目的性质对专家评分偏差造成的不同影响,将项目分成软科学项目和技术类指标项目两大类,并为这两类项目引入了不同的评分偏差度权重,计算得出评审专家的绩效总分,可根据得分对评审专家水平进行排序。通过实例分析验证该方法的实用性和有效性,为科技项目评审专家的遴选提供决策支持。

| Abstract: | Considering the different deviation rates of the experts caused by the different nature of projects,the projects are divided into soft science projects and target technical projects.The paper introduces different deviation degree weights for these two types of projects,then calculates the performance scores of appraising experts,and prioritizes the experts according to their scores finally.An illustrative example is used to show the practicality and validity of the proposed approach.The proposed approach can provide decision support to expert selection for the assessment of technology projects. |
