| 摘 要： | 中国武术要以比赛竞技的方式出现在各种赛场上,竞技武术就必须充分发展。自选长拳套路是竞技武术的重要组成部分,对竞技武术的发展起着举足轻重的作用,自选长拳套路的创编体现着竞技武术的发展水平。文章主要从竞技武术长拳自选套路创编时的主要问题进行研究,提出自选长拳套路创编时必须注意套路整体的结构和布局,整个套路中演练节奏的变化,根据运动员特点进行不同难度设定,动作必须具有创新性等观点。

| Abstract: | If Chinese Wushu wants to appear in various games,competitive Wushu must be fully developed,voluntary Changquan routine is the important part of Competitive Wushu,and plays a decisive role for competitive Wushu development.The arragement of voluntary Changquan routine reflects the development level of competitive Wushu.This article,from the the main problem in competitive Wushu voluntary routines arrangement,undertakes the study,puts forward that voluntary Changquan routine arragement must pay attention to overall structure and layout,the whole routine drill rhythm changes,according to the characteristics of athletes to set different difficulty,actions must have innovation view. |
