| 摘 要： | 近代广东金融史是中国金融史的重要组成部分。1928-1936年(宁粤对峙时期)广东当局积极发展金融事业，对涵盖货币银行、公债、保险等范畴的金融活动实行了法定化，构筑了颇具特色的地方金融法律体系，这在当时中国具有相当的历史进步性。

On Guangdong Province's Financial Legislation during 1928～1936 |
| |
| Abstract: | The financial history of modern Guangdong province is an important part of that of China. During the period of confrontation between the central Nanking government and Guangdong provincial government(1928-1936), the authorities of Guangdong province actively pushed forward the financial development and enacted laws on financial activities such as issue of money, government bonds and insurance, developing a financial legal system with local characteristics, which was a significant advance in China at that time. |
