| 摘 要： | 文章通过实地调研及相关访谈,收集了影响衡阳县洪市镇农户旱灾脆弱性因素的第一手数据和资料。在此基础上,运用层次分析法、综合分析法对影响农户旱灾脆弱性的不同因素进行分析评价。最后,对当地的旱灾脆弱性进行总结与讨论,并提出降低当地旱灾脆弱性的方法建议。

| Abstract: | Drought is the result of comprehensive effect of disaster-causing factors and vulnerability to drought.Therefore,the vulnerability to drought and analysis of the rural household survey will help to the drought control.Taking the rural household of Hongshi Town in Hengyang County as the respondent,by using the means of questionnaire and interview and other ways, we have learned that the topmost factors of the vulnerability to drought are the backwardness of economy and the low per capital income of the farmers.Meanwhile,the lack of water conservancy facilities and farmer＇s weak consciousness of anti-drought reinforced vulnerability to drought.Therefore,optimizing agriculture structure and increasing farmer＇s income are the important countermeasures to reduce vulnerability to drought. |
