| 摘 要： | 湖南高等教育经费投入持续增长,但占财政支出比例低,占GDP比重低,过度依赖事业收入.通过排名各地区高等教育经费投入和经济发展水平得出湖南高等教育经费投入与区域经济发展较不协调,这需要发展经济,奠定教育投入基础；提高政府投入能力；拓宽教育经费筹集渠道,以促进湖南高等教育经费投入与区域经济的协调发展.

| Abstract: | Higher Education funding in Hunan is growing continuously, but the proportion of total expenditure is low, and the proportion of GDP is low too, and it depends excessively on business income. Through the ranking funding of higher education and economic development level in every region in China, it reached that the higher education funding relatively uncoordinated with the regional economic development of Hunan, which requires economic development, and makes the foundation of invest- ment in education, increase the capacity of the government investment, broaden channels to raise funding for education, and promote the coordinated of higher education funding with regional economic development in Hunan. |
