| 摘 要： | 近代中国国民外交运动的兴起,缘于深刻的社会历史背景:帝国主义侵华策略的改变和日本国民外交运动的影响成为该运动兴起的客观原因;伴随着民族主义浪潮的高涨,民权思想和国家主权意识的传播,又为国民外交运动的兴起在主观上奠定了心理基础和思想基础;义和团运动的教训则成为近代中国国民外交运动兴起的现实基础。

| Abstract: | The rise of the civil diplomatic movement can be accounted for the profound historical background in China.The changes of the aggressive tactics of imperialism and the effects of Japanese civil diplomatic movement are the objective reasons.On the other hand,with the development of nationalism,civil right ideas and state sovereignty consciousness of the great mass of people lay psychological and ideological foundation for the movement.Besides,the lessons from the failure of Yihetuan Movement are the realistic foundation of the civil diplomatic movement in modern China. |
