| 摘 要： | 本文以云南大学实物档案的开发利用工作为对象展开实证问卷调查,借助SPSS软件对实物档案开发利用影响因素的问卷数据进行统计,以描述性分析、配对样本分析、IPA方格法等理论工具对影响指标进行了综合评价,并结合IPA方格法进行现状和原因分析,找出了高校实物档案开发利用工作存在的诸如工作意识不足、业务定位不准、资源总量不多、管理方式不佳等问题。
