| 摘 要： | 文章以数字记忆与档案数据治理之间的内在逻辑为起点,聚焦数字记忆与档案数据治理之间的互动关系,以数字记忆为归依,以档案数据治理为手段,全面分析数字记忆风险、保存、安全、传承、共享等与新时期国家档案数据治理之间的内在联动,推动大数据环境下数字记忆与档案数据治理之间的良性互动与融合发展,推动档案数据治理能力现代化,保障大数据时代的国家、社会、组织以及个人等多元数字记忆,编织大数据时代靓丽的档案数字记忆风景。

| Abstract: | This article starts from the inherent logic between digital memory and archive data governance,focuses on the interactive relationship between digital memory and archive data governance,takes digital memory as a reference,and archives data governance as a means to comprehensively analyzes the internal linkage between digital memory risk,preservation,safety,inheritance,sharing,etc.and national archives data governance in the new era,which in order to promote the development of benign interaction and integration between digital memory and archival data governance in the big data environment,to promote the modernization of archival data governance capabilities,to protect the country,society,organization and individual in the era of big data,and to weave the beautiful digital memory landscape of archives in the era of big data. |
