| 摘 要： | 通过对我国田径运动员在北京奥运会上的比赛表现进行分析、讨论，从而得出结论：深化培养体制改革，重点发展优势项目后备力量；完善田径运动后备力量竞赛制度；推动田径运动职业化；提高教练员业务水平；以赛促练，赛练结合；提高科学化训练水平。

| Abstract: | By means of the analysis and discussion of the Chineseathletes＇ performances in Beijing Olympic Games, it can be concluded that we need to enhane the reform system, focus on developing the trackman reserves of dominant events, perfect the competition system of trackman reserves, make the athletics professional-oriented, enhance the professional competence of the coaches, encourage training by competition, and integrate training and competition, improve scientific training ability. This paper can be a reference to the promotion of Chinese athletics. |
