| 摘 要： | 以高职船舶工程技术专业人才培养为例，从船舶专业人才的培养目标出发，阐述了船舶工程专业人才培养所能达到的知识能力、素质层次，研究了面向船舶工程专业人才培养的教学体系，得出了校企强强联合造就高素质的“双师型”师资队伍是高职船舶工程专业人才培养的关键。

| Abstract: | In order to research the problem about high-end skilled talents＇ cultivation for vocational college education, such as marine engineering technology about professional talents＇ cultivation. The paper stated that the standard in cultivation of high-end skills which based on knowledge ability, quality level and their cultivation system, reached a key conclusion that power-and-power union between schools and enterprises would bring tip teaching staffwith highly qualified experience so that we could cultivate professional talents. |
