| 摘 要： | 人力资源是构筑体育院校资源的第一要素和第一资源,成为体育院校发展的决定因素。体育院校作为单科性院校而在人力资源开发方面存在更多的问题。在深入分析体育院校人力资源开发方面存在的问题的基础上,提出相应的解决策略,为体育院校人力资源进行科学开发提供有益的借鉴和启示。
