| 摘 要： | 针对传统的热损测量实验装置功能单一、测量精度不高、计算量大等问题,采用计算机数据采集、Mod Bus总线和PLC等先进技术,搭建了热损测量综合实验平台。利用组态软件强大的HMI/SCA-DA功能,开发了一个界面直观、操作方便、功能齐全的热损测量系统。该系统不仅实现了实时数据采集、显示、分析、计算和打印等功能,而且实现了用户管理、热损测量综合实验装置运行状况的动态监控。实验结果表明,该系统操作简单、使用方便,界面美观大方,减轻了现场操作人员的劳动强度和危险系数,提高了热损测量的精度和工作效率。
