| Abstract: | The bamboo slips discovered in ZHANG jia-shan offered the first-hand clues for the research on the inheritance system of the early Western Han Dynasty.At that time,the inheritance system was divided into household register succession,property succession and title succession.It is of practical significance to combine the inheritance system reflected from the bamboo slips and the current situation. |
