| 摘 要： | 袁世凯在朝鲜与日本激烈冲突,日本一再强烈要求惩办他。袁世凯在直隶总督任内,大量聘用日本顾问,使直隶新政在全国各省中名列前茅。在"卄一条"交涉前后,袁再次与日本激烈冲突,日本朝野一致认定袁世凯是日本在华占有优势的障碍,大力支持中国各种色彩的势力反袁,终于将袁世凯推翻。
