摘    要:分析了如何在药学专业实践教学环节培养学生的创新能力。从多模块、多层次对高校学生创新意识的形成进行了探索,强调应加速实验室的全面开放,增加大学生参与科研实践的机会;通过开展学生科技创新实践活动,创造有利于创新型人才培养的氛围;通过完善学生的科技活动激励机制,提出了面向创新教育的实验教学改革探讨与实践,为培养新世纪创新人才开辟有效的途径。
