| 摘 要： | 为了实现应用型创新人才培养目标,学院构建了省级实验教学示范中心及培养体系,主要从创新观念、柔性制度保障、特色办学理念和以学生为本管理体制4个方面进行建设。其中就与示范中心联系最为紧密的特色办学,师资队伍培养、课程设置更新和实践环节创新3个建设创新方向。经过强化建设和实践,应用型创新人才培养取得了显著成效。
