实践取向的小学教师职前教育课程改革构想——以泉州师范学院为例

摘    要:高等教育在参与培养小学教师的过程中,逐渐显示出原有的课程体系已经难于适合培养新课程改革后基础教育的师资需要的问题。文章通过分析我国小学教师职前培养的现状和发展趋势,结合泉州师范学院在小学教师职前培养课程改革中的探索和实践,从两方面提出建立实践课程体系的构想:一是实践取向的小学教师职前教育课程的实践内容包括教育实践活动、社会实践活动、野外实践活动、科研实践活动,二是实践课程与教学的实施策略包括组建实践教学组织机构、编写实践活动的指导材料、建设实践基地。

Conception of Curriculum Reform in Pre-occupation Education for Primary Teachers with Practice-orientation Take Quanzhou Normal College as the Example

Abstract:With higher education involvement with training primary school teachers,it is shown that the former curriculum system can not meet the need of teachers' training for the post - new - curriculum - reform primary education. After analyzing the present situation and developing trend of the pre- occupation education for the primary teachers in China,thinking the exploration and practice of pre- occupation primary teachers education reform in Quanzhou Normal College, the conception of practice curriculum reform is put forward from two sides in this thesis: One is the contents of the courses with practice - orientation should include educational practices, social practices, field practices,and research practices,etc. The other one is the strategies of practice curriculum and implementation of teaching should include building up the organizations of practice teaching, compiling guide materials, and constructing the practice bases.
