| 摘 要： | 法律和逻辑的渊源决定了法律类高职院校应当重视逻辑课程的教学实效。逻辑课程教学实践必须从转变教学观念、调整教学计划、科学选取教材、创新教学模式、加强师资培训等方面着手,切实有效地提高法律类高职院校学生的司法实践逻辑能力。

| Abstract: | The origin of law and logic determines that the legal vocational colleges should pay attention to the teaching effectiveness of logic course.Logic teaching practices must commence from changing teaching concepts,adjusting teaching plans,scientifically selecting materials,innovating teaching models,strengthening teacher training,thus effectively improve the students＇ capacities of logic judicial practice in legal vocational colleges. |
