| 摘 要： | 高职酒店英语工学结合课程的开发，需要与学生的职业发展和实际工作相结合。详细分析酒店英语工学结合课程的培养目标和教学内容，进行典型工作任务归纳与学习领域课程转换，做好专业教材的编制和教学媒体的开发，开展学习情境、教学方法、实践教学和考核评价体系的研究，以培养合格的专业技术人才。

| Abstract: | The development of situational curriculum of hotel English in higher vocational colleges under the integration of work and study should combine with the occupation development and the actual work, analyzing training objectives and teaching content of the integration situational curriculum, inducing the typical tasks and transforming the learning field curriculum, preparing good pro-fessional teaching materials and teaching media, carrying out the research of practice teaching and evaluation system, teaching meth-ods as well as learning situation actively, in order to cultivate professional and qualified technical personnel. |
