| 摘 要： | 建设公共体育教学团队是新建本科院校提升办学质量、提高教学质量的重要环节,对于深化公共体育教学改革既是机遇也是挑战。通过分析新建本科院校公共体育教学团队建设的外部环境与内部现状,查找出建设中存在的不重视、轻投入、队伍散、研究少、目标定位模糊、缺乏激励机制等问题,提出强化意识、积累条件、凝聚团队、制定目标、保障制度等建设路径。

| Abstract: | To construct the teaching team of public physical education is the important step of improving the quality of education and teaching for new universities, and is both an opportunity and challenge for deepening the reform of public physical education teaching. Through the analysis to the external environment and internal situation of the team construction of public physical education teaching in new universities, this article discovered some existing problems, such as indifference, slight investment, loose team, less research, obscure target orientation and lack of incentive mechanism etc, then puts forward some construction paths including enhancing awareness, accumulating conditions, condensing team, setting goals and guaranteeing system etc. |
