| Abstract: | Based on the theory of integration management,this paper advances the theory of the integration mechanism of information resources in enterprises.The basic integration mechanism includes enterprise strategy,information cost and business process reengineering,and the subsidiary one includes information system and information department reengineering.All integration mechanisms are analyzed in detail. |
