| 摘 要： | 目前高校学报存在着办刊模式不够灵活、偏向于内向性、资源分散、学术质量不高、出版周期长、社会效益低等问题。应针对这些弊端进行诸如联合办刊、突出刊物特色、创立品牌学报等高校学报出版的改革与创新。

| Abstract: | At present there are some drawbacks such as inflexible running mode,inward,scattered resources,low academic quality,long publishing cycle and low social benefits in the publication of university journal.Some new ideas of reform and innovation of university joumal are put forward,such as joint running,managing features publications and creating brand journal. |
